Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Fit-out and Technical Services
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our interior fit-out and technical services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Proposals: Develop and present sales proposals, tenders, and pitches to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or technical services industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction and interior fit-out industry, including market trends and competitors.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as LEED AP or RICS.
2. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
