Job Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role located on-site in Dubai at DoTS Tech Systems. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, software projects, and building automation.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue and contribute to the company's growth.

Actively pursuing new leads and opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.

Generate leads and cold-call potential clients to introduce the company's services.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BMS, IoT, software projects, and building automation sectors.

Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.

Understanding of Internet of Things (IOT) solutions and technologies.

Knowledge of industry-standard software systems and solutions, communication protocols for system integrations, and the latest trends in the field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in the technology or automation industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
