Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team at Decor Establishment, a leading business in wallpaper and flooring solutions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our premium products in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for wallpaper and flooring products.
• Present, promote, and sell our collections to customers, both retail and wholesale.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Maintain a strong customer base by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution for both wallpaper and flooring.
• Handle customer payments and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the interior design, wallpaper, flooring, or home decor industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with wallpaper, flooring, or interior decor trends is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
