About the job Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads for property management and real estate sales.
  • Promote and market property management services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate sales and leasing agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for all parties involved.
  • Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in property management, real estate sales, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate laws and market trends.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • UAE Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory.
