: Sales Consultant - Immigration Services
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Seven seas overseas documents clearing services llc, a leading immigration services firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process, excellent sales and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
• Proactively identify and connect with potential clients seeking immigration services.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and assess their eligibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Educate potential clients on available immigration programs, services, and benefits.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and online platforms.
3. Consultation and Guidance:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about immigration policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with immigration consultants or legal teams to deliver comprehensive support to clients.
4. Administrative and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, consulting, or service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is an asset (training will be provided if required).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
