Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships to drive company growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and prepare customized cleaning service proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Perform detailed walk-throughs of facilities to determine scope of work
• Create and present professional service proposals
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
• Attend industry events and networking functions
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong understanding of the cleaning industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
