Key Responsibilities:


• Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Understand the company's tax consultancy services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as networking events, cold calls, and digital platforms to generate high-quality leads.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.


Requirements:


• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or consultancy.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
+ Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Personal Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
