Arabian Venture Group is a leading provider of interior design , fit-out , and turnkey services in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces tailored to our clients' needs. We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in the industry to join our dynamic team. Expecting 2-4 years of experience in the UAE. The role requires a full-time, on-site commitment and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations for interior design and fit-out/turnkey projects.
• Collaborate closely with design and project teams to meet client requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in the construction, interior design and fit-out/turnkey services industries, preferably in the UAE.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce , or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and client preferences.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic speaking will be a plus.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Availability: Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
