Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at Figure Shipping LLC , you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. By offering our comprehensive global shipping services and logistics support, you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and shipping sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored shipping and logistics solutions.
• Promote the benefits of our global logistics services to potential clients.
• Present and negotiate shipping solutions with clients to secure new business and meet sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate quotes, manage orders, and ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent Figure Shipping LLC and generate leads.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as needed.
