We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling garments (preferably in T-shirts wholesale ) and a solid understanding of fabric types and qualities. This is a customer-facing role, where you will build and maintain relationships with clients in a variety of industries, including corporate, brands, wholesalers, distributors, retail shops. In addition to sales experience, candidates must possess a valid driving license and be fluent in English .
Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and offering tailored solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on T shirts, Polo, Hoodies and other garment selection, taking into account the client's needs and budget. Offer guidance on fabric types, size chart, printing methods, timelines and process.
• Product Knowledge: Use your expertise in fabrics and garment features to explain the advantages and qualities of different materials (e.g., cotton, organic cotton, French Terry, Fleece, etc.) and customize solutions for client requirements.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients, deliver product presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals effectively.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring that client specifications are met, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Market Research & Reporting: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Provide feedback and suggestions for new products to the management team.
• Travel & On-Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to client locations for consultations and order follow-ups. Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable with travel.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, address client concerns, and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the garment industry or a related field.
• Fabric Knowledge: Strong understanding of various fabrics (Single Jersey, Fleece, French Terry) and products made from them T shirts, Polo, Hoodies, etc, including their properties, manufacturing process, style, size chart, printing methods and suitability.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English , with the ability to communicate effectively
• Driving License: A valid driver's license is required for frequent client visits and on-site consultations.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet sales targets.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, logistics partners and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
• B2B Sales Experience: Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Knowledge of Customization: Familiarity with T shirts, Polo, Hoodies customization techniques, such as embroidery, screen printing, or logo placement.
• Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the regional market for T shirts, Polo, Hoodies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
