Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, with a proven track record in sales. The role involves managing customer interactions, driving sales, and creating a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Generate leads through various channels and follow up effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance suitable for representing the company in social media videos and other promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role in Dubai, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
• Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor, with the confidence to appear in marketing content.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse customer needs.
• Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local market trends in Dubai.
• Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
