We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored rental solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend appropriate marquee and tent solutions.

Create and present customized proposals, including pricing and rental options, to clients.

Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of events and client satisfaction.

Track sales activities, provide regular updates to management, and contribute to sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in event management or a related industry.

UAE or Valid GCC Driving License and having own car is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.

Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
