We are looking for a professional salesman to manage our store, "Adhwaa Alsamha," specializing in tailoring Emirati kanduras. The candidate must provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the kandura tailoring or sales field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong persuasion skills to achieve sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of daily store operations (inventory management, invoicing, organizing displays).
• High organizational skills to maintain the store's layout and attract customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Punctuality and full responsibility for store management.
• Flexibility in addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Benefits:
• Monthly salary ranging between AED 4,000 and AED 6,000, based on experience and qualifications.
