We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably within the printing industry. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals as set by the management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Manage client accounts, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market, experiance in printing industry will be a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
