Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Odoo solutions and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Dubai region and beyond.
• Client Engagement:
• Outbound reach and lead the entire sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and present tailored Odoo solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide insights into the value Odoo brings to businesses.
• Target Achievement:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline progress.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to the product development team.
• Market Expansion:
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand market presence.
• Stay updated on competitors and industry developments to position the company effectively.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Solid 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions in UAE.
• Prior experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools (experience with Odoo CRM is a plus).
• Cold calling experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE Valid Driving license

• Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: 10-12K AED / month + commission
