Job Description

Royal Smart Limousine, a premier luxury transportation company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the luxury transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.

Client Management:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored luxury transportation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury transportation or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the luxury transportation market in Dubai.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
