We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for renting out office spaces to prospective tenants, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and helping to achieve leasing targets. You will work closely with property owners, real estate professionals, and potential tenants to ensure the successful lease of office spaces in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Act as the first point of contact for potential tenants, answering inquiries, and conducting property tours.
• Leasing Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms, including rent, lease duration, and any special provisions to meet both tenant and property owner needs.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local office rental market, trends, and competition to provide valuable insights for pricing and marketing strategies.
• Advertising & Promotion: Create and distribute marketing materials to attract prospective tenants, including listings on online platforms, social media, and local advertisements.
• Property Management Liaison: Work closely with the property management team to ensure the properties are well-maintained and ready for viewings.
• Tenant Screening: Conduct background checks, verify references, and ensure prospective tenants meet the necessary qualifications.
• Lease Documentation: Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to tenants throughout the leasing process and during their occupancy, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in real estate leasing, sales, or property management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of office leasing processes and local real estate market trends.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid [Real Estate License, if applicable].
