Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to promote the firm's services, including accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.
• Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the firm's value propositions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless delivery of services.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with prior exposure to accounting, taxation, or consultancy services being an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.)
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, and compliance services is preferred.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency: Competence in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
