Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Intellect Chartered Accountants in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling our suite of audit, accounting, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development :

• Identify and target potential clients needing audit, accounting, corporate tax, and VAT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and enhance customer retention.

Sales & Marketing :

• Develop and execute strategies to promote audit, accounting, and other financial services.
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with potential clients to showcase the value of our services.

Golden Visa Sales :

• Actively market and sell Golden Visa services to eligible business owners and investors.
• Stay updated on the latest Golden Visa regulations and use this knowledge to guide clients.

Sales Planning & Reporting :

• Create detailed sales plans to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and results to the management team.

Market Research & Strategy :

• Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Suggest innovative ways to reach target audiences and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience :

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in selling audit, accounting, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience in selling Golden Visa services is a strong advantage.

Skills :

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE's financial and business ecosystem.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Other Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
