Sales Executive - Dubai Property Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Lead Management:
• Drive sales for off-plan properties within our exclusive portfolio.
• Manage and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Effective results-based Broker Network engagement.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, brokers and corporate clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet client needs and investment goals.
• Market Knowledge:
• Advanced knowledge about Dubai's real estate market, trends, and competitor developments.
• Educate clients about project timelines, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project objectives.
• Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
• Performance Reporting:
• Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a developer or leading brokerage in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and regulations.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are highly desirable.
