We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in electrical and plumbing fit-out sales and be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE, focusing on the Abu Dhabi & Al-Ain regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Record and maintain detailed contact data for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Project Sales: Focus on sales for wiring devices, light fittings, and other electrical/plumbing fit-out products.
• Market Expansion: Actively search for new clients, exploring potential project opportunities across the UAE.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and consultants.
• Sales & Quoting: Prepare and calculate client quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
• After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set for the region/team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team and technical experts to offer customized solutions.
• Travel: Regularly visit dealers and clients across the Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain regions to promote sales and build relationships.
• Marketing & Promotion: Support the marketing department by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in electrical and plumbing fit-outs (essential).
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing products, including wiring devices, light fittings, and other related items.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of project sales processes and client requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
