Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They will promote the garage's services, upsell products, and contribute to meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Promote and sell the garage's services (e.g., vehicle servicing, repairs) and products (e.g., spare parts, car accessories).
• Provide accurate cost estimates and negotiate pricing with customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely follow-ups.
• Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

• Assist in creating promotional offers and packages to attract more customers.
• Promote garage services through digital channels or local outreach campaigns.

4. Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work with the team to develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.

5. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest car parts, accessories, and industry trends.
• Educate customers about new products or services available.

6. Administrative Duties:

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to schedule appointments and follow up on customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or garage industry.
• Strong knowledge of car maintenance, repair, and parts (added advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid UAE driver's license (preferred for Dubai-based roles).
