We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth while supporting our mission to deliver extraordinary interior and architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with prospective clients, developers, and contractors to generate leads for interior design and architectural projects.
• Conduct meetings to understand client requirements and present tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project timelines to successfully close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Represent AJ ME Interior Design LLC at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, architectural, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
