Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively present and demonstrate to customers.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on leads to convert prospects into sales.
• Negotiation: Present and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to close deals effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and progress toward goals in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies and improve customer outreach.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required
