Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our business growth by engaging with real estate developers and promoting our project inspection and progress reporting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Fast Team Project Development Consultant to promote and sell project inspection and progress reporting services to real estate developers.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive consistent business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and approach potential clients, delivering persuasive presentations of our services and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of progress reports for the Dubai Land Department.
• Stay informed about market trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the UAE real estate or construction sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
