Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dedicated team and drive the expansion of our business within the local market and the broader GCC region. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the local market. If you're an energetic, motivated salesperson who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

- Conduct regular field visits to various cities across the UAE and GCC to meet potential clients and expand the business.

- Occasionally travel overseas for client meetings and business development.

- Present and demonstrate our range of footwear products to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain detailed records of sales leads, customer accounts, and market trends in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE market , preferably in B2B sales or the footwear industry.

- Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is required. Arabic is a plus.

- Valid UAE driving license is required, or willingness to obtain one through personal arrangements. (Company vehicle, transport, and travel expenses will be provided.)

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

- Must be open to traveling within the UAE and GCC as needed.

- A positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and business growth.
