We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a smart and confident individual with a strong personality. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and online research.
• Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demos, articulating the features, benefits, and ROI of our software solutions.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and timely transition.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position our software effectively in the market.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software products and the ability to quickly grasp complex solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives.
• Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
• CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Self-Motivated: Strong drive for success and personal achievement, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
