Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong interest in the real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your compensation will be based on attractive commission on each sale, providing unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Client Consultation & Needs Assessment : Meet with clients (in-person, via phone, or virtual meetings) to understand their needs and guide them through the real estate buying/selling process.
• Property Presentations & Tours : Showcase properties to prospective buyers or investors, emphasizing key features and benefits.
• Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, facilitating a smooth transaction process. Work towards closing deals successfully and achieving sales targets.
• Market Research & Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, property values, and the latest industry developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and future business opportunities.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Real Estate Knowledge : Familiarity with the local real estate market, property types, and industry trends is a plus.
• Sales Tools & CRM Proficiency : Experience using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace).
• License (Optional) : A real estate license may be required depending on local regulations. However, this can be discussed if you do not currently hold one.
