Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting our products/services to new and existing clients. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Generation :
• Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Actively pursue leads and close sales through cold calling, emails, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer retention.
• Sales Presentations :
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
• Lead Management :
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring all sales activities are documented and followed up promptly.
• Negotiation and Closing :
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
• Achieve sales quotas and targets set by the company.
• Market Research :
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for any post-sale support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Skills :
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Other :
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel, if required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in real estate, Business centers is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
