Job Brief:
We are currently looking for a competitive, dynamic, and trustworthy SALES EXECUTIVE to help us expand our business activities. We are a pioneer manufacturing company in STEEL Industry that provides ERW MS HR, CR and Pre GI-Steel PIPES, TUBES, and SHEETS.
The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to market our products, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
To gather and identify prospective client's and build work relationship
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the product
To generate and establish sales opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Ensures the range of services continues to offer good value to client's
Identify awareness and development on products offered in the market
Ensures the availability of stock for sale
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Develop and execute territory and specific sales plan/target
Establish strategic collection plan (Major Sales to be done on Cash basis)
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
To identify and propose to Top Management critical areas that needs continuous improvement to enhance smooth operation process
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 1-3 years in Steel Industry/Building Materials
2. Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate of Engineering or related field
3. Preferably with UAE Driving License
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
2. Sales and Marketing specialized in STEEL INDUSTRY in GCC (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain) and non-GCC market
3. Excellent knowledge in IMPORT and EXPORT
4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
5. Result oriented and strong driven sales skills
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Extensive strategic planning and decision making
