Job Description

• Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various phone calls, to understand their photography needs and preferences.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to assess clients' requirements and recommend suitable newborn, baby, or maternity photography packages tailored to their preferences and budget.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Raika Photography's services, packages, pricing, and offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to booking.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently, follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner, and track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives by converting leads into bookings and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the photography team to coordinate bookings, schedule sessions, and ensure seamless execution of photo shoots according to clients' preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic and English (Preferred)
