Seeking and closing sales via the global broker market
Dealing with charter inquiries from the website, email, or via telephone in a timely manner
Providing quotes to brokers or potential clients, and follow-up calls as required.
Manage the full sales cycle process, including receiving payment, client relations, and overall satisfaction.
Booking trips as required, negotiating on price - ensuring margins are made.
Work alongside the Fleet Pricing and Fleet Planning teams to ensure full collaboration across all global entities
Building and maintaining close relationships with clients to maximize on future long-term revenue opportunities.
Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
Work closely with the operational, scheduling and client service teams to ensure a positive experience for your clients.
Travel to meet current Key Accounts and prospective customers both internationally and domestically.
Perform any other essential tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Experience in private aviation charter sales or business aviation industry experience.
You will be dealing with clients from around the world, so fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
We\xe2\x80\x99ll teach you everything you need to know about the private aviation market, but you must have 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales role;
Private aviation is a competitive market so you will be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction;
In this fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to think on your feet will be key.
