Responsibilities for Sales:
• Identify potential clients and markets through research and analysis.
• Investigate various sales strategies, pricing, and market trends to optimize sales approaches.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to propose enhancements.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance professional capabilities relevant to the sales role.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
Qualifications for Sales Representative:
• Sales Experience 3-4 Years (Inbound & Outbound)
• Prefer Female Applicants (but not mandatory) : Encouraging diversity in the workplace. Russian, Ukraine nationals is advantage can speak in Russian & Arabic.
• Experience in Sales for Yachts is an Advantage : Prior experience in yacht sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to Speak English, Arabic, and Russian Languages : Proficiency in multiple languages to facilitate communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office Software and CRM Software : Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for sales activities.
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented, Desire to Deliver Results : Driven by personal and organizational goals, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
• Ability to Create and Deliver Presentations : Proficient in developing compelling presentations to showcase products or services effectively.
• Fast Learner and Quick Thinker : Adaptability and agility in learning new concepts and thinking on one's feet in dynamic sales environments.
