Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated salesman to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the vending industry or a related field. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for vending machines and consumables. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote Awafi Vending's products and services.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate smooth delivery and installation of vending machines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote company offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending industry, FMCG, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
