The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling tourism services to both corporate and individual clients. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corporate and individual client segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct presentations and provide information about tourism services, packages, and promotions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and maximize profitability.
2. Market Knowledge and Networking:
Understanding of the travel and tourism market, including current trends and customer preferences.
Ability to build a network of contacts in the tourism industry for referrals and partnerships.
