JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implement sales & marketing activities as per set targets & business plans for the assigned territory.
• Building & maintaining excellent relationships with the customers.
• Ensure the achievement of the sales Targets & KPIs & reviewing sales performance, aiming to exceed targets.
• Responsible for the merchandising activities within the assigned territory
• Updates the team with timely & accurate market reports.
• Responsibility to suggest Competitive activities, distribution, and pricing strategies.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Coordinates with various internal departments to ensure good quality service to the customers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely processing of invoices and the collections from the customers in coordination with the Finance Department and as per company policies.
• Interest and passion for products relating to toys for kids.
• Prior sales experience. Knowledge of retail and wholesale.
• Established existing relationships with baby, kids, and toy retailers and buyers.
• Skilled at calling, selling, emailing, and developing business with buyers over the phone.
• Ability to think 'outside of the box' and come up with solutions.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication and organization skills. Efficient team player.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Prior working relationships with major UAE hypermarkets is a PLUS
• Prior working relationships with major UAE modern trade stores is a PLUS
