Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate terms, and close deals to expand the company's client base.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics & freight forwarding industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Ability to identify & convert new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
