Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and brand.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and print materials.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and support to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct regular customer meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our product offerings.
Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and industry trends.
Analyse sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry news, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG related industry.
Strong understanding of the food service industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and Willingness to travel as required.
