About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, a proactive approach, and enjoy meeting new people, this role is for you. As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales by conducting daily customer visits, promoting our services, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and close sales.
• Effectively communicate and sell one-time services and service packages to potential customers.
• Meet sales targets within the set timeframe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure future sales and referrals.
• Research and identify potential customers to plan effective visits.
• Implement strategic follow-ups to close deals.
• Coordinate with customers and internal tax and bookkeeping teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and also manage payment collection based on agreed terms.
• Monitor customer needs, concerns, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present reports to management on progress and sales updates.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Gender: Open to Male or Female individuals with exceptional sales skills who are highly motivated and willing to conduct door-to-door visits to generate and convert leads daily basis.

Experience:

• Experience in the service sector is a plus.
• Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
