As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their visa application process while driving our sales goals. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' immigration needs and offer suitable visa options.
• Present our services effectively and persuasively to convert leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or consulting industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is a plus.
