Job Responsibility:
? Maintain relationships with customers & Develop New Business with Exiting and New Clients .
? Marketing & Meeting onsite with Clients.
? Generate new leads and identify potential customers within the target market.
? Contact and visit prospective customers to introduce our petroleum products and services.
? Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate lubricant products based on their needs and equipment specifications.
? Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to provide seamless customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
? Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
? Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Proven track record in petroleum products Sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
? Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
? Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
? Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
? Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
