Position: Sales Executive
Location: Al Kazim Building, Al Garhood, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential estate agents within the assigned area to promote our app's benefits and features.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agents by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our app can address their challenges effectively.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, both virtually and in person, to showcase the app's value proposition.
• Implement strategies to drive app sign-ups and user adoption among estate agents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote capacity, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients both remotely and in person.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to articulate the benefits of our app and persuade potential clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while achieving set goals.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet with potential clients.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or prior experience working with estate agents is a plus.
