Job Title:- SALES EXECUTIVE

Dubai Based Civil Consultation & Architectural Company Looking for a vibrant Sales Executive with UAE Driving License & 2 years UAE experience. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales Support:

- Assist Project team .

- Answer technical queries and concerns from clients.

2. Project Consultation ( Civil):

- Collaborate with clients to understand project needs.

- Work with project management for tailored solutions.

- Surveying skills and very familiar and sound knowledge of Authorities (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, TECOM, TRAKHEES etc.) norms & regulations.

-Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest quality standards.

- Managing the day to day operational aspects of a project.

- Help prepare project proposals.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Be a technical liaison between clients and Company.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Conduct site visits for project information.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with engineering and project teams.

- Provide feedback .

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in civil Engineering/Diploma/Degree

- Experience in sales, preferably in Construction / Civil Contracting.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction/ contracting Field: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
