IBC Group seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. She / He will be responsible for driving business growth by attracting new clients to our business center services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, & networking
• A strong understanding of the product they are selling
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on the office space industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in driving sales initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of business center services and office space solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
