What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales: Boost the sales of new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and expertise.
• Showcase Expertise: Impress clients with your deep knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and benefits.
• Explore Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Strategize: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate: Work seamlessly with other departments for support to attain maximum output with a purpose of an enjoyable customer experience.
• Promote: Participate in exciting promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility and attract potential customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Sales Savvy: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to drive results.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• License: Valid UAE driver's license.
• Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
