We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, offering tailored marketing solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate BBK Creative's marketing and business development services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the marketing or business development industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driving license is required.
• The sales role involves both indoor and outdoor activities.
Compensation:
• Maximum salary of AED 3,000 per month.
• Commission between 10% to 20%, based on targets set.
• Paid Mobile compensation
• Performance will be evaluated using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
