Overview:

Officebase Furniture Trading LLC is a leading provider of premium office furniture in Dubai, offering innovative and ergonomic solutions for modern workplaces. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

•Sales and Business Development:•

• Identify and target potential clients, including corporate offices, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

•Customer Engagement:•

• Understand clients' needs and provide office furniture solutions from our extensive catalogue that meet their requirements.
• Accept customization requests as per the company policy.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

•Product Knowledge and Training:•

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide clients with accurate product information and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Stay updated on new product launches and industry developments.

•Sales Administration:•

• Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including daily calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture.

•Customer Service:•

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in the office furniture or related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED118,800.00 - AED208,800.00 per year
