• Since dealing with work permits can involve negotiations with clients and possibly authorities, strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for explaining complex immigration procedures and requirements to clients.
• Given the sensitive nature of immigration matters, the salesperson must uphold high ethical standards and integrity.
• They should be motivated by targets and deadlines, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Depending on your client base, proficiency in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Urdu) could be advantageous.
