As a Credit Card Sales Representative focusing on digital and online processes, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new credit card customers through digital channels. Your role will involve utilizing online tools and platforms to reach potential customers, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the bank's digital marketing team, customer service, and other departments to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Digital Sales Strategy:• Develop and execute strategies to attract potential customers through online platforms such as social media, email marketing, and the bank's website.

- •Customer Outreach:• Engage with potential customers via digital channels, including chatbots, email, and social media, to promote credit card products and services.

- •Application Support:• Guide customers through the online application process, addressing queries and providing assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient application experience.

- •Product Knowledge:• Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's credit card products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell them to customers.

- •Performance Tracking:• Monitor and report on digital sales performance, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies to meet sales targets.

- •Collaboration:• Work with the digital marketing team to create and optimize online campaigns, and with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to credit card applications and approvals.

- •Compliance:• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and bank policies, including data privacy and security standards.

•Qualifications:•

- •Experience:• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or a similar industry. Experience with digital sales or online customer engagement is highly desirable.

- •Skills:• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage with customers through digital channels. Proficiency in using online sales tools and CRM systems.

- •Knowledge:• Strong understanding of credit card products and the financial services industry. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and online sales strategies.

- •Education:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
