We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our holiday homes to potential clients. Your work is to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (online, offline, referrals).
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and corporate partners.
• Thorough Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
• Managing listings on different advertising portals Ensuring High-Quality Scores for each listing.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and holiday home sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
